I, the undersigned, hereby grant Home Grown Homeschoolers Inc. ("Organization") permission to use, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and display, in any form now known or later developed, my image or visual likeness, my name and/or my voice ) as specified in this Release & License and indicated above, throughout the world, by incorporating it or them into publications, catalogues, brochures, books, magazines, photo exhibits, motion picture films, videotapes, and/or other media (the “Works”), social media platforms or commercial, informational, educational, advertising, or promotional materials relating thereto without requirement of payment to you or any third party or the need to obtain permissions each time.
I release, and hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and save harmless Organization, its agents, employees, licensees and assigns (collectively, “Released Entities”) from any and all claims I, or any third party, may have now or in the future for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, defamation or any other cause of action arising out of the use, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, broadcast, performance or display of the Personal
Information.*
I waive any right to inspect or to approve any Works that may be created using the Personal Information and waive any claim with respect to the eventual use to which the Personal Information may be applied. The Personal Information maybe used at the Organization’s sole discretion, with or without my name or with a fictitious name, and with fictitious or accurate biographical material, alone or in conjunction with any other material of any kind or nature except that Organization will not use the Personal Information for any criminal or illegal purposes or in a manner inconsistent with community standards of decency.
You acknowledge that Organization has no obligation to use the post it selects, including any photos, video, written statements, artwork, hashtags, captions, names, and any other information within or associated with the post (collectively, “Content”) or credit you.
I understand and agree that Organization is and shall be the exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in the Works, and any commercial, informational, educational, advertising, or promotional materials containing the Materials.
*I understand that it is my sole responsibility to either not attend any field trip, co-op and/or event where I have been given advance notice of a media event or if you choose to attend, I must accept as my own responsibility to remind and avoid any videos, photography or media filming if I do not want myself, spouse or my children photographed or filmed in any way. I will not hold Home Grown Homeschoolers Inc. or its representatives responsible for any photos, videos or media given or recieved by myself or others if I, my spouse or my children are not mindful and are caught unintentionally by cameras or any media. I also understand in the event that any of my family members appear in any news media platform or media appearance the images or videos will still be posted and used for HGH's marketing and social media platforms and will not be removed whether we are current or former members whether I check , I agree" or "I do not agree".
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE OF THE AGE OF MAJORITY (18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER ACCORDING TO TEXAS), AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO GRANT THE RIGHTS SET FORTH HEREIN AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CONTENT, WHICH MAY INCLUDE PERSONAL INFORMATION OF YOUR MINOR CHILD(REN), MAY BE POSTED ON ORGANIZATION'S, WEBSITES OR USED IN ANY OTHER MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER DEVELOPED FOR PURPOSES DESIGNATED BY ORGANIZATION, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT TERRITORIAL OR TIME LIMITATION.
Typing your First and Last Name below means that you understand that you are electronically consenting that you read, understand and agree to the HGH Media Release above for you and as a representative of your family.
